An air conditioner in Dubai runs under load for most of the year, and the two things that shorten its life are a clogged filter and a slow refrigerant leak. Both are cheap to correct early and expensive to ignore: a unit starved of airflow draws more current for less cooling, and a unit low on gas ices up and eventually loses the compressor.
A visit starts with measurement rather than replacement. We read the supply and return air temperatures, check the pressures against the unit rating, inspect the drain line and look at the current draw. That tells us whether the fault is airflow, charge, electrical or the compressor itself, and you get the reading along with the quote.

How often does a split unit need servicing in Dubai?
It depends on dust exposure and run hours rather than a fixed interval. A unit running most of the year with pets or construction nearby loads its filter far faster than one in a sealed apartment. We measure airflow on the visit and tell you what your unit actually needs.
My AC runs but the room stays warm. Is that a gas problem?
Not necessarily. The same symptom comes from a blocked filter, a dirty condenser coil, a failed capacitor or low refrigerant. Measuring the temperature split across the coil separates them, which is why we read it before quoting anything.
Do you work on chiller systems as well as split units?
Yes, including ducted and chiller fan coil units, which are common in Dubai apartment towers. The access and the parts differ from a wall split, so tell us which you have when you book.
