Most household electrical complaints in Dubai come down to load. A villa wired years ago was not planned for the number of air conditioners, water heaters and kitchen appliances now running at once, so a breaker that trips in August is often reporting a real problem rather than misbehaving.
Fault finding starts at the board. We check what is actually on each circuit, measure the load, and look at the earth and the RCD before touching a fitting. A breaker that trips has usually been doing its job; the question is which circuit is carrying more than it was built for.

Questions about this service
My breaker trips every time the AC starts. Is the breaker faulty?
Rarely. A breaker tripping on startup normally means the circuit is carrying more than its rating, or the compressor is drawing a high inrush current because of a failing capacitor. Measuring the draw tells you which, and swapping in a bigger breaker without checking the cable is how a fire starts.
Can you add sockets to a finished room?
Yes. Whether the cable can be run in the wall or has to be surface-mounted in trunking depends on the construction, and we tell you which before quoting so the finish is not a surprise.
Do you work on DEWA connections and metering?
Work on the supply side of the meter is the utility's, not ours. Everything from the main board inward is what we handle.
