Dubai water is hard, and scale is the reason most heaters and mixers fail here years before they would elsewhere. It builds on the heating element, narrows the aerators and seizes the moving parts in a mixer cartridge. Most of what looks like a broken fitting is a scaled one.
Leaks matter more in a villa than the water loss suggests, because the first sign is usually a damp wall or a rising bill rather than a visible drip. We trace the line before opening anything up, so the wall is cut where the leak is instead of where it looked like it might be.

Questions about this service
Can you find a leak without breaking the wall?
Tracing comes first and narrows it to a section of pipe. That usually means one small opening instead of several exploratory ones. Some leaks under a slab still need access, and we tell you that before starting rather than after.
Why does my water heater keep failing?
Usually scale. Hard water leaves deposits on the element, which then overheats and burns out. Descaling and a working thermostat extend the life considerably; replacing the element without descaling the tank repeats the failure.
Do you handle plumbing emergencies?
Call-outs for burst pipes and major leaks are part of the service. We have not published a response-time commitment, so call to ask about the current availability rather than relying on a figure on a web page.
