Most handyman jobs are small, and the thing that makes them worth doing properly is fixing into the right material. A wall in a Dubai apartment may be solid block, hollow block or a plasterboard partition, and the same shelf bracket needs a different anchor in each. Heavy items pulled out of plasterboard are the most common call we get after a self-assembly.
Tiling and cladding are judged on the edges and the layout, not the field. Where the cut tiles land, how a pattern meets a corner and whether the first row is actually level decide how the finished wall reads, so we set those out before any adhesive goes on.

Questions about this service
Can you hang a heavy mirror or TV on any wall?
It depends on what is behind the surface. Plasterboard takes a specific anchor and has a weight limit; block takes a different one. We check what the wall is before fixing, which is why a photo at booking helps.
Do you supply the tiles and materials?
Either way works. Supplying them yourself is often cheaper for a small area; for a larger run we can source and quote the material separately so you see the two figures apart.
Is a false ceiling repair messy?
Cutting and sanding plasterboard produces fine dust, so the area is sheeted before work starts and vacuumed afterwards. We tell you which rooms to clear before the visit.
