Paint fails at the preparation stage, not the painting stage. Filling, sanding and sealing decide whether the wall still looks right in two years, and on an exterior in Dubai they decide it faster, because sun and heat find every weak patch of an unprimed surface within a season.
Exterior work also has to respect the substrate. A rendered villa wall, a concrete parapet and a previously painted surface each need a different primer, and painting over a failing coat simply transfers the failure to the new one. We check what is already on the wall before quoting a repaint.

Questions about this service
How many coats are included?
The quote states it rather than leaving it open, because the number depends on the colour change and the surface. Covering a dark colour with a pale one honestly needs more coats, and a quote that does not say how many is the usual reason a job looks patchy.
When is the right time for exterior painting in Dubai?
Outside the peak summer months. Applying paint to a wall at surface temperatures reached in July and August affects how the film forms and how long it lasts.
Can you paint while we stay in the property?
Yes, usually room by room. We agree the order so you always have usable rooms, and low-odour products are available if that matters for children or anyone sensitive.
